Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities for complex industrial projects. The specialist will manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversee technical deliverables and procurement packages, coordinate international stakeholders, and ensure projects meet schedule, quality, technical, and financial objectives.

Job Description

Lead engineering activities for Equipment & Packages, Balance of Plant, Water Steam Cycle, and Flue Gas Treatment systems
Coordinate engineering documentation for procurement, construction, clients, subcontractors, and project partners
Take responsibility for engineering deliverables and purchasing packages
Manage and mentor Mechanical, Process, and Layout Engineers
Ensure technical integrity and functionality of assigned project scopes
Coordinate suppliers, negotiate technical and commercial matters, and monitor progress
Allocate engineering resources and manage project priorities
Collaborate with international teams and project stakeholders
Monitor project schedule, quality, technical performance, and budget
Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues
Support successful delivery of industrial and EPC projects
