Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality management system within a manufacturing company. The specialist will manage a team of 14 quality control technicians and oversee quality standards, ISO compliance, audits, customer complaints, risk management, and environmental requirements.

Job Description

Manage and continuously improve the company's quality management system
Lead a team of 14 technical quality control inspectors
Develop and implement quality control methods and improvement programs
Coordinate quality control across incoming materials, production processes, and finished products
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer requirements
Communicate with new and existing customers regarding quality standards and contractual requirements
Manage internal and external customer complaints and corrective actions
Maintain quality documentation in accordance with ISO standards
Coordinate internal audits and prepare the company for certification and recertification audits
Implement changes to quality management processes and procedures
Monitor environmental compliance and relevant legislation
Develop safety and quality plans, risk analyses, and corrective measures
Identify and implement solutions to reduce workplace risks
Maintain and archive quality, safety, and environmental documentation
Promote environmental improvements and sustainable practices
